Registration Policy

1. All short courses are open to the public.
2. Enrollment in any short course involves:
1. accomplishment of DCSF, Inc. Short Course Registration Form;
2. payment of short course enrollment fee.

Only upon completion of the above steps can anyone be considered enrolled in a short course and be allowed to participate in the particular short course.

DCSF, Inc. will specify "qualifications" or "prerequisites" for admission into short courses. However, these are only meant as guides, and compliance with these requirements are left to the applicant.

The deadline for enrollment in any short course is on the first day of the short course.

DCSF, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or reject any application.

 

3. Discounts on short course enrollment fees are given to
1. every group of six (6) enrollees belonging to a single organization, in which case the enrollment fee of the sixth member is waived;
2. an enrollee who enrolls in his/her sixth short course, in which case the enrollment fee for the sixth short course and every short course he/she enrolls in thereafter is halved;
3. students, faculty members, and fresh graduates, for whom the enrollment fee is reduced by a tenth; and

Enrollees should present clear proof of their eligibility for discounts.

Only one of the above schemes may apply to any enrollee or group of enrollees at any one time.
