Established in 1986, the Diliman Computer Science Foundation provides technical services in the fields of computer science, information technology, and other related fields to individuals and organizations.

The Foundation is composed of faculty members from the Department of Computer Science of the University of the Philippines in Diliman. It acts as the project implementation and resource generation arm of the Department.

Basically a non-profit and non-stock organization, the Foundation currently provides the following services:
