The National Engineering Center (NEC) is a unit within the University of the Philippines System where industry, government agencies and academic institutions could turn to for solutions to their engineering problems. Backed-up by the expertise of the faculty pool of the U.P. College of Engineering, the NEC performs research and development, technical consultancy, continuing education and publication and information dissemination in the engineering and the allied fields.
