About Us

    The Environmental Engineering Graduate Program (EnE) of University of the Philippines in Diliman was established in 1973 in collaboration with several organizations such as World Health Organization, United Nations Development Programme, University of California, Berkeley and University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. It is a transdisciplinary and multi-departmental research and academic unit of the University of the Philippines, College of Engineering intended to provide advanced environmental engineering studies and aimed to produce well-trained graduates who would be faculty members, researchers, and managers. The participating six departments from the College of Engineering are

in the graduate level. EnE maintains an active linkage with international organizations, university and industry networks in the Southeast Asian region, Europe, and Australia. The faculty members have a wide range of experience and expertise locally and internationally. It is the host institution for environmental engineering in the AUNSEED Net/JICA within the ASEAN region.
